Dear Jeremy, THANK YOU SO MUCH for the fabulous trip you put together for my clients Mary Ellen and Mark. I had coffee this morning with Mary Ellen and saw her wonderful pictures. She had very high praise for the itinerary you put together for them. She really loved all the hotels and especially was pleasantly surprised to have rooftop and terrace options at a number of them. She was extremely complementary of all the guides ,were great and they in particular liked Simone in Florence. She had a great tip that got them into the Douro!! They could NOT believe the way their guides slithered through lines and got them into places, how their drivers engaged them and even took them to out of the way places (like the transfer from ROME to FCO on the last morning, he asked, “what time is your flight again” and Rob told him, and the driver said, “good, then we have time—let me show you something” and he took them somewhere to see a glorious sunrise….ON THE WAY TO THE AIRPORT). Driver out of Florence to Volterra did the same thing—took them to a hill high above Florence where they had not been so they could see the great view of the city. Further, I forgot to tell Jeremy that on the day they were transferring from Florence to Volterra that I had put a certain winery on the promotional itinerary (the one I used to sell the trip). The driver got them in there anyway…..Guides were evidently spectacular everywhere, Jeremy—you hit your usual home run. Thank you so much—this trip meant a TON to me—I wanted it to be great for these folks since they’re way more than clients to me. And YOU did it. THANK YOU! Drivers like that are what I need—engaged, good English, good personalities/funny/fun, anticipating what clients might enjoy. Guides were flexible—if clients wanted more time here or there, no problem. Star performance.

Hello Jeremy I just wanted to personally thank you for everything you did for my clients while in Rome. As you know this was my first time using you guys and of course this was my first booking with these clients so although I trusted everything I was still nervous as heck about the whole thing. I heard back from my clients today and the first mention out of their mouth was “OK J&J services was amazing!!
