ABOUT OUR COMPANY:
J&J Services
is an American owned
company based in Milan. We have been serving our clients
for more than 5 years and have over 10 year experience
in the hospitality business. Having worked
in the hotel business in the USA and in Italy we fully
understand what the American traveler wants, needs and
most important how he or she has to be handled. Our
motto is SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE. We are
at disposal 24 hours a day 7 days a week. All our
clients are given our cell phone number and are
encouraged to contact us in case of any problems at all.
ABOUT OUR STAFF
J&J Services was founded by Jeremy Ross, a native of
Washington D.C but an adopted Milanese after almost 18
years of living in Milan. Jeremy has a very strong
background in the hospitality industry, after having
completed his hospitality management studies in
Switzerland and at the University of Las Vegas he worked
for several hotel companies both in Italy and the United
States. Jeremy worked in different jobs for the
following hotels: Jefferson Hotel Washington D.C, The
Ritz Carlton Washington D.C and The Radisson-SAS hotel
in Milan. After having accumulated a strong hotel and
service background he decided to start J&J Services in
1999.
All J&J services 'support' staff are perfectly fluent in
both English and Italian, and offer professional,
discreet and most important of all friendly service.
All drivers and guides live rigorously up to our
philosphy of 'service service service' and are chosen
based on this criteria.
